Please understand that items such as StagBone, White Bone, Buffalo Horn, Ram Horn and Mother of Pearl are a product of mother-nature. We do not control the characteristics of these items, but we will always try our level best to especially select materials based on your needs.

Is there a custom size you need that you don’t see in our published standard stocking lists?  Call us we are glad to custom cut sizes & pieces for you.  We have ample raw materials that we process daily.

We are the industry pioneers of pre-shaping and modeling services.  We have offered this to the industry since 1997.  We have two independent 5 axis CNC mills; got a project, let us quote it.

Shipping Methods:
Domestic Standard cost of shipping on all orders of $150 or under is $5.00. All orders over $150 the shipping fee is $10.  We primarily use USPS Priority Mail for small parcels and FedEx or UPS for everything else.

International Shipping fees vary by country, but on average cost about $15.

Returns, Shortages, Damages & Warranties:
Any returns, shortages, damages must be filed within 10 days in writing from date of receipt of the goods.  All returns must be pre-authorized with a return authorization number. All returns must be freight prepaid. All returns must be in original container with original packing.  All items being returned must be not have been worked, sanded, shaped, drilled, polished etc.


Pricing & Materials in Stock:
We try our level best to maintain the same prices for at least one year, on rare occasion situations beyond our control occur whereby we cannot absorb the entire price increase ourselves.

We also try to keep ample stock of materials, but from time to time we will run out of items. At that time, we will offer you the closest substitute when possible, or backorder the item.
