It is our objective to serve you with the utmost
respect and customer service that you deserve. If you should ever feel that you
are receiving something you would consider less than satisfactory, please
feel free to directly contact someone in our office.
Please understand that items such as India Water Buffalo Horn and Mother
of Pearl are a product of mother nature. We do not control the
characteristics of these items, but we will always try our level best to select
what you are looking for.
A. India Water Buffalo Horn with Stripes:
The white stripes are indiscriminate, and the depth is always
uncertain.
B. India Water Buffalo Horn with Honey Color:
The honey color is indiscriminate, and the depth is always uncertain.
C. Red India Water Buffalo Horn:
The red dye goes through about 35% on average (some times more some
times less). So you do not want to use this on a piece where you would
take off a lot from the outside of the horn, or else it will wind up its
natural color.
D. Shipping Methods:
Domestic Standard cost of shipping on all orders of $50.00 or under is
$5.00. All order over $50.00 free shipping via UPS ground within the 48
contiguous U.S. states.
*NOTE Free shipping is NOT included on
items featured of the Internet Specials Page to Wholesale Accounts or
items on sale.
Internationalorders will be shipped by the best way
possible, freight forwarder or postal service.
E. Returns, Shortages, Damages & Warranties:
Any returns, shortages, damages must be filed within 10 days in
writing from date of receipt of the goods. All returns are subject to a 20%
restocking fee. All returns must be pre-authorized with a return authorization
number. All returns must be freight prepaid. All returns must be in original
container with original packing.
We try our level best to ship you your entire order right the first time.
However, if we happen to "goof up" we will be happy to credit or
replace your order, what ever meets your satisfaction.
If you should receive a shipment that is damaged, we will be glad to assist you
in processing your claim with the proper freight carrier.
F. Pricing & Materials in Stock:
We try our level best to maintain the same prices for one year. However, if
we are put in a predicament, we may have to raise prices by no choice of
ours.
We also try to keep ample stock of materials, but from time to time we will run
out of items. At that time, we will offer you the closest substitute when
possible, or backorder the item.
G. Wholesale Buyers:
To better assist, you please specify the item(s) you are looking for,
and we will be more than glad to provide you with the proper information. Feel

H. Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money
Order/Cashier's Check, Wire Transfer, Company Check* & Personal Check* as
methods of payment.
* NOTE our check policy, if you send us a company or personal
check we will hold the goods till the funds have cleared in our bank account.
Checks must be drawn in US funds, under a US bank branch. No exceptions
will be made.
